<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a display driving circuit of a chip on glass (COG) packaging system. <P>SOLUTION: A grounding element 65 is arranged near an approximately central part of a grounding line 62 and is connected to the grounding element 65. Therefore, the driving current flowing in from switch terminals 64-1,..., flows to the central part from the let side of the grounding line 62, and flows out to the grounding element 65. Namely, the path of the driving current flowing into the grounding line 62 of a length L is restricted to the central part from the left and right and the maximum length of the current path is l/2 in the maximum length.
