<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing control parameter transfer more quickly, and reducing the capacity of a memory for parameter transfer device. <P>SOLUTION: The parameter transfer device reads the version information of an inverter device and drive capacity data from the inverter (step S12) when data of a changed parameter is read collectively by the inverter device of a transfer source (step S11), and then reads only the control parameter with change presence or absence information set to "1" (step S14) when the change presence or absence information is read (step S13).
