PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial institution business support system which improves the operability by associating registration of business daily reports and registration of prospectus delivery results with each other.

SOLUTION: The financial institution business support system for supporting business operations in a financial institution includes: a database 120 wherein business daily reports having contents of contact with customers and including information showing whether prospectuses have been delivered to the customers or not and prospectus delivery results showing information relating to prospectuses delivered to the customers are recorded in association with each other; a business daily report registration means which registers business daily reports with the database 120; and a prospectus delivery result registration means which registers prospectus delivery results with the database 120 and reflects it on business daily reports that prospectuses have been delivered.
