<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor cartridge capable of making a little collection quantity of a sample needed for measurement to reduce the burden of a user, and simultaneously, easy collection of the sample of a needling hole and measurement without the operation for approximating a sample collecting hole to the needling hole. <P>SOLUTION: One end of the biosensor chip 11 is pushed on a test subject M to compress an elastomer 20 and project a needling device 12 to make needling possible. Additionally, if the pressure force is weakened, the needling device 12 is pulled out of the test subject M by the resilience of the elastomer 20 and a sample B is flown out from the needling hole. In this case, the needling hole and a sample collecting hole 13 mounted on a biosensor chip 11 are involved in a sealed and half-open space 23 formed by the elastomer 20, and then a little sample B can be easily collected.
