PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement which can reduce the labor loads of a worker, when caster-having stands are detached to move the farm implement, and to provide a method for moving the same. SOLUTION: This tillage work machine, an example of the farm implement, has a pair of ground wheels 30 which are disposed on the insides of both the front side lateral end portions of a machine frame 3, are contacted with the field and moved in a state constantly keeping the working depth of a tillage rotor 11, when the tillage work machine is used to work, and are adjusted to a vertical position capable of supporting the working frame 3 to support the front side of the machine frame, when the tillage work machine is not used to work; and a pair of castor-having stands 50 disposed in the lateral end portions of the rear side of the machine frame 3. When the tillage work machine is not used to work, the front and rear sides of the machine frame 3 are supported with a pair of the ground wheels 30 and the castor-having stands 50, respectively, to support the machine frame 3 with the ground wheels 30 and the castor-having stands 50 in a movable state.
