PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently shorten time required for acquiring content with a mobile terminal device. SOLUTION: A mobile communication network system is provided with; a cellular phone machine 10 having a browsing function; and a mobile communication center 11 which manages mobile communication in the cellular phone machine 10 via a mobile communication network 13. In this case, when receiving a request for accessing a website from the cellular phone machine 10, the mobile communication center 11 determines whether the request satisfies prescribed conditions.
