<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder resting rocker arm device of a novel structure for improving the engine fuel consumption in a gasoline engine. <P>SOLUTION: The cylinder resting rocker arm device comprises a rocker arm 100, a roller 200 linked with the rocker arm so as to be pushed by a restoring spring for supporting the rear end part bottom surface of the rocker arm and a cam, a pair of rocker shaft assemblies 300 comprising first and second rocker shafts 302, 304, and an interlocking rod 306 for integrally interlocking the first and second rocker shafts, a pair of rocker shaft supporting members 400 to be interlocked with the rocker arm via the first and second rocker shafts, and a transfer member for transferring the rocker shaft assemblies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
