PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve unnecessary stress in resin molding. SOLUTION: A sealing antenna coil component 1 has a coil component 10 constituted of at least a magnetic body core 12 and a winding coil 13 wound around the magnetic body core 12; a stress relief member 9 for relieving stress applied to the coil component 10; and a packaging resin member 2 where resin is sealed for formation so that the stress relief member 9 is surrounded.
