PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a data transfer processor and a data transfer system improving data transfer efficiency to the whole processing device and achieving highly reliable data transfer. SOLUTION: This system comprises a division processing means 2 which determines a processor at a data transfer destination based on processor group list data associating the processor connected via a communication line with index data concerning the throughput of each processor and which divides the processor group list data and allocates them to the determined processor at each transfer destination, and a transfer means 4 which transfers the data to be transferred to the processor at each transfer destination determined by the division processing means 2 and the processor group list data allocated to the processor at each transfer destination by the division processing means 2. When the data transfer completed normally, the transfer means 4 notifies the processor at higher hierarchy that the data transfer completed normally. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
