PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing surfactant-containing particles which are decreased in the adhesion of a powder on a crusher and the inner side of pipes. SOLUTION: The method for producing surfactant-containing particles comprises a step in which spray-dried particles (A) containing an anionic surfactant and an alkali builder and having 3-8 mass% moisture content and a liquid component (B) containing anionic surfactant and/or nonionic surfactant are fed to a kneader having stirring blades in a manner so that the mass ratio B/A of the liquid component (B) to the spray-dried particles (A) is 0.1-0.4, the obtained is mixed and pelletized with 250-1,000 J/kg stirring power to prepare granules having <50 mass% content of particles having≥1,000μm particle diameter and 6-9 mass% moisture content.
