PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer hot-melt film which has excellent adhesion to nonwoven fabrics used in skin and back-surface materials and to substrates and also has excellent heat resistance, gas impermeability and properties of preventing exudation on formation and is especially suitable as an interior trim material for vehicles. SOLUTION: The multi-layer hot-melt film includes two or more layers 1 and 3 (layers I) composed of at least a resin composition comprising 40-90 wt.% of an ethylenic copolymer containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid as a comonomer and 10-60 wt.% of a linear low-density polyethylene of a density of 910-940 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and a layer 2 (layer II) composed of a heat-resistant resin having at least one melt peak temperature of≥140°C.
