PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab component plate material with a void positioned in a desired site without arranging a void positioning structure inside the slab. SOLUTION: The void retaining device 8 for retaining the void A in the state that the void A is arranged in compliance with square frames of a lattice work s1, and the void A is pushed into a ready-mixed concrete 71 deposited on the lattice work s1 with the help of the void retaining device 8. Thus, the ready-mixed concrete 71 finds its way into the slot A1 of the void A and is cured. In the slab component plate material composed as indicated above, the void A can be securely fixed on the concrete side by the interlocking of the slot A1 and the concrete.
