PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify water by electrolyzing water and generating ozone using a lightweight, portable pen type ozone generator using dry size AA batteries and a super capacitor, regarding a method for simply purifying water by generating ozone with low voltage, by which drinking water can be easily and immediately produced at site, the effect can be demonstrated at a disaster site or a place difficult for securing drinking water, in particular, which enables, in place of heavy drinking water, carrying of other material by carrying the ozone generator weighing only several hundred grams to a dangerous place with no power source and requiring urgency by rescue crew members. SOLUTION: The compact and fast ozone generator is provided for sterilizing of drinking water and purifying water using no chemical, by co-using a power source like dry batteries and the super capacitor, or by a simple hand generator. Sterilization force is as strong as to kill almost all bacteria (more than 99%) in only one minute. This can change the idea for securing of portable drinking water at the site of emergency disaster.
