PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a surgeon to release a grip from a guide arm from the upper side and concentrate into the operation of forming a tibial tunnel etc. SOLUTION: A guide for positioning a tibial tunnel includes a guide arm with a spike having a distal tip configured to contact a femoral surface and be in contact with a tibial plateau and a drill sleeve connected to the guide arm and having a distal tip configured to contact a tibial surface when the distal tip of the guide arm contacts the femoral surface.
