Heat shielding sheet

There is provided a heat shielding transparent sheet which transmits visual light but cuts infrared light and is remarkably resistant to climate and thermal deterioration even in an environment of outdoor use, the sheet comprising a synthetic resin with 0.4 to 2.7 g/m² of Tungsten Oxide particles and having visible light transmittance of 70% or more and sunlight transmittance of 65% or less, respectively.
