A hygienic cover for a stool is provided to support a weight of children for the children's safe use, to have various functions of color change and perfume emission, and to enable a user to wash his/her hands using a paper soap attached to the cover. A hygienic cover for a stool includes: a cover body(10) detachably deposited on a seat of the stool, and having a hole(11) formed on the center; an adhesive wing(20) formed to be branched from the cover body in four directions, having an adhesive layer attached to the stool by being formed on the lower surface, and generating an elastic power for supporting a weight to the cover body in attachment by the adhesive layer.
