<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid sequence of plasmid origin, presenting in the bacteria of group of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), EHEC, especially the use of the sequence for searching those having a gene encoding enterohemolysine and intimine virulence factors and more in detail, for the specific detection of O157:H7 serotype, a method for using the sequence and a detecting kit including the sequence. <P>SOLUTION: This specific nucleic acid sequence which can be used for the specific detection of the EHEC in a food and a clinical, veterinary or environmental specimen, its complementary sequence, a sequence derived from the same and their fragments are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
