<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create translated comic book where the originality of an original electronic comic book is secured, to reduce the processing load for obtaining translated electronic comic book, and to rapidly deliver the electronic translated comic book. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic comic book delivery server 10 delivers the translated electronic comic book by transmitting original electronic comic book data, mask data for masking the display portion of first language, and translation data for displaying second language. The electronic comic book delivery server 10 obtains and records the mask data and translation data from a client terminal 21 where the mask data and translation data are formed.
