<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-built house order placement/reception support system and method using computer by which each construction company can appeal a reasonable and low-cost house to a user and a user can obtain criteria for selecting the construction company. <P>SOLUTION: In the new-built house order placement/reception support system and method, "cost basis model house" is set and detailed construction estimates are collected using estimate formats for each work, which defines materials, quantities, labors, unit prices, expenses, profits, etc., from many construction companies in various regions, expert traders, and material makers on the basis of design books of the model houses, and competition is adopted in which the respective traders are compared and compete, and each trader opens its reasonable estimate and appeals its transparency and helpful criteria for a price of a house to be actually build are provided, whereby a reasonable low-cost house is implemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
