<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing estimation simulation system, capable of performing simulation of a house price while easily acquiring a range of estimated price by selectable housing information. <P>SOLUTION: The housing estimation simulation system for performing estimation of a house price in a pseudo manner comprises a selection means for selectively inputting housing information such as appearance, interior or facilities; a display means for displaying the housing information or an estimated price of the whole house; a database means including price information related to the housing information; and an arithmetic means for performing estimation of the house price from selected housing information or price information. The arithmetic means calculates a price zone including a maximum value and a minimum value of the estimated price of the whole house in housing information selectable by the selection means, and displays the price zone on the display means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
