<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with a transparent conductive coat for a touch panel that can be manufactured comparatively inexpensively, prevent the occurrence of peeling, and exhibit stable touch panel performance for a long term, and a touch panel using this, and to provide a film with a transparent conductive coat for a touch panel capable of maintaining stable performance even under a high temperature/high humidity environment. <P>SOLUTION: A first refraction layer 42 of the film 1 with the transparent conductive coat is made of organic/inorganic composite material and particulate inorganic filler, and the inorganic component in the composite material is tilted and oriented from the first refractive index layer side to a second refractive index layer side. Inorganic fine particles are put into an HC layer 41, and the HC layer 41 is tightly stuck to the first refractive index layer 42. The second refraction layer is made to be a thin film containing silicon oxide, and the first and second refractive index layers 42 and 43 are stuck to each other. The composite material of the first refractive index layer 42 contains one or more kinds of compounds including at least one element of Si, Ti, Al and Zr, and the humidity/heat durability of ITO coat 13 is improved to stabilize the resistance value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
