PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find a mobile station using a communication system of encrypting information for specifying the mobile station and transmitting it to a base station when requesting position registration. SOLUTION: In the mobile station retrieving apparatus 10, a communication interference part 11 transmits interference waves for interfering with communication between the mobile station 20 which performs communication through a mobile station communication network and the base station included in the mobile station communication network, and a pseudo wave transmission part 12 transmits pseudo base station waves whose reception level is higher than that of base station waves transmitted from the base station in the mobile station 20, to be recognized as the base station waves in the mobile station 20. A request reception part 13 receives a position registration request transmitted from the mobile station corresponding to the pseudo base station waves, and a communication path is established between the mobile station 20 and the mobile station retrieving apparatus 10. Through the communication path, a control signal transmission part 14 transmits control signals for generating a buzzer or vibration in the mobile station 20 to the mobile station 20.
