PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission lubricating device wherein a gear train for a plurality of shifting stages to be selectively established is provided between an input shaft and an output shaft, a shifting fork for changing over the selective establishment of the gear train is engaged with the outer periphery of a shifting drum, and a jet hole for jetting oil toward the input shaft and the output shaft is provided in an oil pipe extending parallel to the input shaft and the output shaft, for lubricating the shifting fork while eliminating the need for a special lubricating structure to lubricate the shifting fork. SOLUTION: An axial line C2 of the input shaft 43 is arranged above an axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 at a position where it deviates from the axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 to one side in an axial view. An axial line C4 of the shifting drum 48 is arranged above the axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 at a position where it deviates from the axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 to the other side in an axial view. The oil pipe 120 is arranged above the axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 between the axial line C3 of the output shaft 44 and the axial line C4 of the shifting drum 48.
