PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter wherein an upper surface part of a filter medium holding member or a bottom surface of a cap is tilted downward from a fuel delivery opening at the highest position, and a closed space where air is stored is not formed between a lower surface of the filter medium holding member and an upper surface of the filter medium or between the bottom surface of the cap and the upper surface of the filter medium. SOLUTION: The fuel filler includes a case, the cap closing an opened part on an upper part of the case and having a fuel outlet, the spiral filter medium, the filter medium holding member holding an upper part of the filter medium, and the fuel delivery opening provided on the upper surface part of the filter medium holding member and guiding the fuel filtered by the filter medium to the fuel outlet. The flowing fuel is filtered by the filter medium, and the filtered fuel is delivered from the fuel outlet through the fuel delivery opening. The fuel delivery opening is disposed at the highest position of the upper surface part of the filter medium holding member which is sloped downward from the fuel delivery opening.
