PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump apparatus that is simple in constitution and easy to control, and in addition, is free of pulsating flow, and discharges a very small amount of liquid from a vessel. SOLUTION: The pump apparatus includes a vessel body (20) into which a liquid (11) is charged, and which has a discharge port (23) of the liquid. The vessel body (20) includes a discharge mechanism (30) having an extruding member (31) introduced from one end and extending continuously.
