PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring device and a waveform measuring method capable of performing easily output of a test signal to a system to be measured, and measurement of a signal to be measured from the system to be measured, or the like. SOLUTION: This device is acquired by improving a waveform measuring device having a measuring part for measuring the signal to be measured and converting it into waveform data. The device has a characteristic provided with a waveform output part for outputting a signal on reference to waveform data, and a storage part for storing the waveform data from the measuring part and the waveform data referred to by the waveform output part.
