PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater permeation institution, connected to a rainwater storing tank, and not requiring the labor and cost for constructing a drain pipe extending to a neighboring river or the like. SOLUTION: This rainwater permeation institution 10 includes: the rainwater storing tank 20 provided in a water impermeable layer 14 to store rainwater from a rainwater drain pipe 18 provided below a side ditch of a paved road; and a drain conduit 22 connected to the side of the rainwater storing tank 20 to guide rainwater from the rainwater storing tank 20 into a water permeable layer 16.
