PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve space efficiency inside an instrument panel by ensuring an installation space of an electronic component. SOLUTION: In the vehicular knee protector structure, a pair of right and left knee protecting brackets 23 capable of absorbing knee input of an occupant is attached to a vehicle body strength member 22 extending in a generally vehicular width direction, and a knee receiving plate 24 receiving the knees of the occupant is laid between the pair of the right and left knee protecting brackets 23. The knee protecting bracket 23 has an electronic component storage box 26 attached to the vehicle body strength member 22, an upper bracket 27 attached at an upper part of the electronic component storage box 26 and capable of absorbing mainly the knee input of an occupant of average physique, and a lower bracket 28 attached to a lower part of the electronic component storage box 26 and capable of absorbing the knee input of an occupant of small physique.
