The transportation trailer has a loading space (4) including a contactlessly operating sensor unit (9) for detecting a loading condition of the trailer. A display of the loading condition is provided in an area of a driver's cab of a towing vehicle. The sensor unit comprises an ultrasonic transmitter and/or an ultrasonic receiver for radiation waves. A movable part is provided for the display. A wireless connection of the sensor unit to the movable part is formed. A loading device is provided for loading the loading space.
