The present invention is used together with a stop mechanism to mechanically stop rotation of a motor. A pair of brushes are arranged so that a line connecting the pair of brushes passing through the rotation center is shifted by a predetermined angle from a line connecting respective centers of two-pole magnets constituting a pair. A rectifier is arranged with a shift from a reference position by the same angle as a predetermined angle of the shift of the pair of brushes. The predetermined angle (70 to 290 degrees)/number of stator magnetic pole pairs. That is, in the case of two stator magnetic poles, the angle is within the range of 70 to 290 degrees and in the case of four stator magnetic poles, the angle is within the range of 35 to 145 degrees.
