A data transmitting apparatus and an LCD device using the same are provided to reduce the number of signal transmitting lines significantly which are increased according to an increase of resolution and data bit, thereby reducing a design area in realizing the LCD device of high resolution to realize the LCD device easily. A data transmitting apparatus(150) comprises a parallel interface receiver(152), a data format converter(154), and a parallel interface transmitter(156). The parallel interface receiver receives parallel digital video data. The data format converter converts the parallel digital video data in a TTL interface method, and arranges signal transmitting lines of parallel digital video data so that each of the signal transmitting lines forms three pairs. The parallel interface transmitter transmits digital video data converted through the data format converter in parallel. |
