An adhesive cover for portable electronic machine protection and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to promote easy manufacture and to reduce a cost and a volume greatly by being integrally adhered to the electronic machine, and be easily removed without damage of the electronic machine. An adhesive cover for portable electronic machine protection includes: a forming sheet(1) formed by attaching a forming silicone(2) having a pattern, a character, and a picture of a certain shape to the upper surface of a sheet(3) by a heat-fusion method; and an adhesive tape(5) comprising an adhesive layer, and a lower release paper(7) adhered to the bottom of the adhesive layer. The adhesive cover is formed by integrally adhering and pressing the forming sheet to the adhesive tape. |
