An organic light emitting diode device and a method of fabricating the same are provided to improve light emitting efficiency and color purity by adding hole transport material to at least one light emitting layer adjacent to an anode among the stacked light emitting layers. An organic light emitting diode device includes an anode(110), an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode(190). The organic light emitting layer has first to third light emitting layers(140,150,160) which are sequentially stacked on the anode and have dopants and hosts to generate different wavelengths of light. The cathode is formed on the third organic light emitting layer. At least one of the first and second light emitting layers contains hole transport material. |
