A resin layer and a pattern forming method using the same are provided to patterning patterns uniformly without using a special adhesion layer by providing the pattern forming resin layer including liquid prepolymer. A substrate having a transparent conductive layer is provided. On the substrate, a resin layer is applied. The resin layer includes photo-initiator, hydrophilic liquid prepolymer, UV(Ultra Violet) curable liquid prepolymer and silane coupling agent. Through the silane coupling agent, adhesive force between the substrate and the resin layer as lens material is ensured.
