DIRECT INJECTION METHOD OF THERMOPLASTICS ON ALUMINIUM PLATE USING ANODIZING

A direct injection molding method of thermoplastic resin on an aluminum plate using anodizing is provided to enhance mechanical properties of a product by directly producing the product using a direct injection molding. A direct injection molding method comprises the steps of forming pores on a surface of an aluminum plate through an anodizing pre-treatment process(S200), fixing the anodized aluminum plate to a mold, and injection molding thermoplastic resin on the aluminum plate(S300). An exposed surface of the aluminum plate is coated after the thermoplastic resin has been injection-molded(S400). The anodizing pre-treatment process includes the steps of cleaning the aluminum plate using acid solution, chemically sanding the aluminum plate, and anodizing the aluminum plate in the acid solution.
