An incompatible high-molecular resin extruder is provided to produce the extruded product with shielding performance and to prevent the melted resin from being excessively heated and deformed by increasing the transfer speed of the melted resin inside a barrel. An incompatible high-molecular resin extruder comprises a barrel(13), a heating unit(15), an extruding screw, and at least one orientation inducting body. The barrel includes the hopper(17) positioned at one side to receive a high-molecular material and formed with a cylindrical inner space, and the extruding port(13a) located at the opposite side of the hopper. The heating unit is installed to heat the barrel. The extruding screw has the shaft installed at the inner space of the barrel and axially rotated by receiving the power from the outside, and a flight spirally formed at the outer peripheral surface of the shaft to move the high-molecular material around the shaft to the side of the extruding port when rotating the shaft. The orientation inducing body is fastened at the outer peripheral surface of the shaft for the extruding screw and separated from the inner peripheral surface of the barrel at a regular interval, to extend the non-continuous phase of the melted material in the shape of a bar and orient the non-continuous phase in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the shaft. |
