Organosilane compounds are provided to improve stability, especially thermal stability and luminescence efficiency of organic electroluminescent device by introducing aryl groups, so that the organosilane compounds are useful as blue electroluminescent materials. The triphenylsilane compounds represented by the formula(1) are useful as blue electroluminescent materials, wherein A1 and A3 are each independently optionally substituted C6-C20 arylene compound or C3-C20 hetero arylene compound, and selected from phenyl, naphthalene and anthracene; A2 is hydrogen or optionally substituted C6-C20 aryl compound, and selected from hydrogen, phenyl, naphthalene and anthracene; and A4 is optionally substituted C6-C20 aryl compound or hetero aryl compound and selected from phenyl, naphthalene, anthracene, aryl amine and stilbene. An organic electroluminescent device contains an anode, a cathode and a luminescent layer containing the electroluminescent material with the triphenylsilane compounds represented by the formula(1).
