A level shifter is provided to prevent delay due to feedback, by accelerating a signal fed-back during level transmission of an internal power supply voltage. A pulldown part(300) forms one of a first node and a second node as a low level according to an input signal. A pullup part(200) forms one of the first node and the second node as a high level by controlling the potential of the second node according to the potential of the first node and controlling the potential of the first node according to the potential of the second node. An acceleration part(100) accelerates potential control of the first node by forming the potential of the second node according to the input signal. The pulldown part is formed with an NMOS transistor turned on/off according to the input signal.
