<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time to complete a warm-up operation when applying power, in an image printing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image printer 1 is provided with; a temperature sensor (thermistor) 7 detecting the temperature of a heat roller, a comparator circuit 13 comparing a comparison voltage Vi changing according to the output of the temperature sensor 7 with a reference voltage Vr and outputting a comparison result signal Vo, a heater circuit 12 turning on or off a heater lamp 61 on the basis of the comparison result signal Vo, a reference voltage inputting circuit 14 inputting the reference voltage Vr to the comparator circuit 13 and an ASIC11. The reference voltage input circuit 14 inputs voltage supplied from a power source for reference voltage 20a to the comparator circuit 13 as the reference voltage Vr while initializing the ACIC11 and then inputs the voltage divided by a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2 to the comparator circuit 13 under the control of the ASIC11 after completing the initialization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
