<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for an endoscope which enhances both rotational operability and moving performance of a movable distal end part to facilitate a procedure. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment instrument for an endoscope is equipped with the movable distal end part 5 having a pair of forceps (the movable part) 2A, 2B and a distal end cover (a fixed part) 3 to treat a living body, a coil sheath 6 formed by spirally winding a wire 6a, a net-like sheath 7 which is formed by knitting a plurality of thin lines and by impregnating the network with a resin and covers the outside of the coil sheath 6, an operational wire (an operational shaft member) 8 which is formed to extend in an elongated manner and has the distal end connected to the pair of forceps 2A, 2B, and an operational part to operate the operational wire 8 to move forward and backward.
