<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption type gas storage container providing high gas storage performance, easily maintained, correctly performing inspection, and maintaining the amount of gas supply to the outside of a container member to an appropriate amount by appropriately preventing plugging of a filter member, and a vehicle provided with the adsorption type gas storage container. <P>SOLUTION: This adsorption type gas storage container 100 is provided with the container member 11 internally filled with an adsorbent 12 capable of adsorbing/desorbing stored gas, and is so configured that the stored gas sucked from a gas inflow opening into the inside of the container member 11 is adsorbed by the adsorbent 12 and stored, and the stored gas desorbed from the adsorbent 12 is taken out from a gas outflow opening to the outside of the container member 11.
