PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate prize balls without making a player feel unfairness when a power failure occurs while a big winning game state is generated. SOLUTION: A main controller 13 opens a special winning port provided in a game area and generates the big winning game state capable of putting out the predetermined scheduled putout number of prize balls to a player by the entry of a game ball to the special winning port. The main controller 13 integrates the prize balls put out to the player due to the entry of the game ball to the special winning port as a completed putout number while the big winning game state is generated. The main controller 13 calculates a putout residual number by subtracting the completed putout number from the scheduled putout number. When a power interruption state wherein the supply of power to the pinball game machine is interrupted occurs, a pattern controller 14a displays the putout residual number when the power interruption state occurs at a variable display device 34 until the putout residual number of prize balls calculated by the main controller 13 is all put out.
