PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid coater capable of surely preventing a liquid from leaking from an air communicating opening in a liquid storing means for storing the liquid fed to a liquid coating means even when the posture of the device is tilted. SOLUTION: Coating means 1001, 2001 coating a medium with the liquid are connected to a storing means 3002 having a storing space 3002a storing the liquid. This storing means 3002 is provided with an opening part 3401a which communicates with the air. The amount of the liquid stored in the storing space 3401a is maintained at a level not to leak from the opening part regardless of the posture of the storing means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
