PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric swing drive apparatus capable of more positively regulating the wobbling of a swing shaft. SOLUTION: The drive apparatus has a structure in which a weight plate 18a is rotatably supported on one end portion of a swing shaft 12 protruding from a rotary shaft 7 via a bearing 19a, a pin 20a is attached on one end surface of the rotary shaft 7, an engaging groove 21a is provided on the weight plate 18a, the pin 20a is inserted into the engaging groove 21a, a weight plate 18b is rotatably supported via a bearing 19b on the other end portion of a swing shaft 12 protruding from the rotary shaft 7, a pin 20b is attached on the other end surface of the rotary shaft 7, an engaging groove 21b is provided on the weight plate 18b, a pin 20b is inserted into the engaging groove 21b, the barycenters of the weight plates 18a, 18b are positioned on a straight line connecting the center line of the swing shaft 12 to the center line of the rotary shaft 7, and the barycenters of the weight plates 18a, 18b are positioned on the side nearer the center line of the swing shaft 12 than the center line of the rotary shaft 7.
