A heat exchanger integrating fin tubes and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing thereof for mass production without the damage to the tubes by integrating louvers into fins integrally by a single injection molding and integrating the fins and tubes by fusion junction and the like. A heat exchanger integrating fin tubes includes first and second heat exchange plates(10,20), and a pair of tank elements(30) in the sealed cylindrical shape, wherein the first and second heat exchange plates are assembled and fixed in the tank elements in such a manner that both end parts of the first and second heat exchange plates are protruded inward. The first heat exchange plate has a plurality of first tunnel parts(12) formed with curved or inclined surfaces at regular intervals and fin parts(14) connecting the first tunnel parts integrally. The second heat exchange plate has a plurality of second tunnel parts(22) coupled with the first ones correspondingly to form paths and joining part(24) extended from the second tunnel parts to be coupled with corners of the fin parts integrally. |
