A first aid kit for vest is provided to enable a user to keep articles conveniently and act comfortably in spite of wearing the vest in a state of receiving the articles by a stack structure in normal times and a rotation and folding structure in use. A first aid kit for vest includes: a first pocket part(110) installed on the vest, and having a first zipper formed on an upper part; a second pocket part(120) installed above the first pocket part, and having a second zipper formed on a lower part to be positioned opposite to the first zipper; a connection piece(130) for connecting one side part of the first and second pocket parts so that the second pocket part is folded by rotating to the front side of the first pocket part; a cover(140) for covering the second pocket part folded by the connection piece; and a pair of buckles(150a,150b) respectively connected to a first band(152) installed on the cover and a second band(154) installed on the first pocket part, and supporting the second pocket part by the cover. |
