A semi-aqueous cleaning composition is provided to prevent corrosion of metallic parts while retaining excellent removal performance for organic pollutants adhered to articles even without using flon type solvent or chlorine type solvent. A semi-aqueous cleaning composition includes 10-30wt% of a non-ionic surfactant, 5-30wt% of a water-soluble solvent, 0.5-20wt% of water, 30-80wt% of a hydrocarbon-based oil, and 0.1-5wt% of a corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor is an amine-based compound, a quaternary ammonium compound represented by the following formula 1, or a mixture thereof. In the formula 1, each of Xs is Na, K, or Li, and each of m and n is an integer of 1-20. |
