A back light unit having a fluorescent film structure is provided to supply a light source for lighting with uniform luminance to a large display panel and diffuse light in fluorescent substances, thereby reducing the number and power consumption of LEDs. A light emitting unit includes LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes)(10) arranged to light upward. A light projecting plate(20) is arranged in the upper part of the LEDs to receive light through the lower surface and emit the light through the upper surface. A fluorescent film structure(30) includes particle-shaped fluorescent substances and is formed on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the light projecting plate.
