The unit has a base (1) between a main plate (2) and appendages, and a motor (5) mounted on the plate. An output shaft extends in main extension direction of the motor, and a segment (16) is mounted on one of the appendages by a joint. A driving pulley defined by the shaft is placed vertical, when deflecting pulleys and a driven pulley (10) rotate around horizontal axes, so that the motor is placed parallel to the segment. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a user interface including an activating unit.
