RUBBER FORMULATION WITH REDUCED CURE TIMES AND INCREASED SHELF LIFE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF THE SAME

A fast crosslinkable rubber composition is provided to realize an enhanced crosslinking rate by increasing foliation and dispersion of a nano-dispersed additive, and excellent mechanical properties and shelf stability. A fast crosslinkable rubber composition comprises a rubber blend of synthetic rubber and natural rubber as a base material, and various additives including a crosslinking agent and anti-aging agent. In the rubber composition, the rubber blend comprises 40-50 parts by weight of butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts by weight of styrenic rubber and 30-40 parts by weight of natural rubber. The rubber composition further comprises 3-10 parts by weight of a quaternary ammonium-modified inorganic layered compound and 30-50 parts by weight of fillers based on 100 parts by weight of the base material.
